作品について / Program notes:
「空」の情景を表す曲と依頼を承り作曲しました。
私の好きな詩に「空の青に手に触れようと近づけば近づくほど遠ざかる」と言う内容の詩があります。この曲も近づくと遠ざかっていくようなイメージで、次から次へとモチーフが登場し変化してゆく構成にしてみました。
叙情的な曲想で共感する曲と言うよりは、空の様な印象を与える(受け手によって自由に解釈できる)曲と受け取っていただければ幸いです。

In 2006, I received a request from "Ensemble Fanfare" to compose a song about the sky.
One of my favorite poems says "The closer you try to touch the blue of the sky, the farther away it goes." With the image that the song also moves away as one gets closer, I collected motifs that appear one after another and change.
It would be greatly appreciated if you could embrace this as a song that gives an impression of the sky (which can be freely interpreted by player or listener) rather than a song where you sympathize with a lyrical tune.
