New BrushFoot for VOLTER CNC Routers | Smarter Chip Removal, Cleaner Workspace

Starting July 2025, all VOLTER CNC routers come equipped with the new and improved Brush Foot — a smart solution for cleaner, more efficient machining.

Unlike traditional spindle-mounted attachments, this upgraded Brush Foot works independently of the spindle’s Z-motion. While the spindle moves up or down, the Brush Foot maintains its optimal position relative to the material surface. This ensures consistent chip collection without pressing too hard or losing contact.
