Thanksgiving 2025 gravel bike ride on Sullivan Fire Road and dirt Mulholland Road

I went for a long E bike ride on Thanksgiving 2025, taking the train to 26th St. in Santa Monica, and then going up to Sullivan fire Road and connecting with dirt Mulholland. This is a great route if you like gravel riding, and the roads are manageable, even with a fully rigid bike like mine. There are also a lot of little trails that you can go off onto if you want to find more challenging, terrain, and jumps. If you want to know what the terrain looks like on Sullivan Fire Road and on Dirt Mulholland Road, this video will show you. I had a great day today, and I’m very thankful that I am still healthy enough to ride a bike, and I’m very happy that E bikes exist, because that makes it a lot easier to get up the hills.
