Jamaican Curry Chicken Recipe:

*Prep Time: 15 minutes *Cook Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
1 whole chicken, cut up
3-4 tsp curry powder
3-4 cloves of garlic
1/2 green bell pepper
1/4 onion, cut up
3 stalks of scallions, cut up
1 spring thyme
1/2 hot pepper (optional)
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 potato, cubed
1 carrot, cut up
6-8 pimento seeds (optional)
2 tbsp olive oil
Add salt and black pepper to taste
Vinegar to use on chicken

*Serving 4-5 people
