In April, the Connecticut Attorney General William Tong released a new report detailing the actions the Office of the Attorney General is taking to enforce compliance with the Connecticut Data Privacy Act (CTDPA). The CTDPA, which took effect in July 2023, grants important data rights to Connecticut residents and solidifies critical privacy obligations for covered businesses.
