ABOUT DHANKUND MANDIR-
There is a very famous ancient Shiva temple in Dhankund. Devotees from far and wide come here to worship Lord Shiva.
Every year during Shivratri, a huge fair is organized here for about 10 days, in which thousands of devotees from Bihar and Jharkhand also come and worship Lord Shiva.
It is believed that whoever has sought any blessings here, Lord Shiva has fulfilled his wish. /
धनकुण्ड में एक काफी प्रसिद्ध प्राचीन शिव मंदिर है। यहां दूर दूर से भक्त लोग शिव भगवान की पूजा अर्चना करने आते हैं।
हर वर्ष शिवरात्रि के समय लगभग 10 दिन तक यहां काफी बड़ा मेला का आयोजन भी होता है, जिसमें बिहार व झरखण्ड से भी हजारों की संख्या में श्रद्धालु आते हैं और भगवान शिव की पूजा करते हैं।
ऐसी मान्यता है कि जिसने भी यहां कोई मनौती मांगी है, भगवान शिव ने उनकी मनोकामना को पूरा किया है।
