Breakfast Recipe
Ingredients:
6 large eggs
2 tortillas (flour or corn)
Fresh tomatoes, diced
1 small onion, finely chopped
Mushrooms, sliced
Fresh spinach leaves
Shredded mozzarella cheese
Sliced peppers (bell or chili)
Avocado slices (for garnish)
Chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Grated Parmesan cheese (for garnish)
Instructions:
Arrange the tortillas in your air fryer basket or on a heat-safe dish.
Layer with tomatoes, onion, mushrooms, spinach, peppers, and mozzarella cheese.
Crack the eggs on top, spacing them evenly.
Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for about 15 minutes.
If the eggs are still slightly undercooked, lower the temperature to let them finish cooking internally.
For a crispy top, increase the temperature to 350–400°F for the final minute.
Garnish with avocado slices, fresh parsley, and a sprinkle of Parmesan before serving.
Lunch recipe
Crispy Cornflake Chicken (Air Fryer)
Ingredients:
6 chicken tenderloins
0.5 tbsp paprika
0.5 garlic granules
0.5 onion granules
Salt to taste
1 large egg, beaten
60g cornflakes
Parmesan cheese to taste
Instructions:
Season the chicken with spices and mix well to coat evenly.
Set up a breading station:
Bowl 1: Crushed cornflakes mixed with grated Parmesan cheese.
Bowl 2: All-purpose flour.
Bowl 3: Beaten eggs.
Pat dry the chicken pieces to ensure the coating sticks.
Breading process:
Dredge the chicken in flour, shaking off any excess.
Dip into the beaten eggs.
Press firmly into the cornflake-Parmesan mixture, making sure to remove any loose excess while pressing the coating onto the chicken.
Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 10–15 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Snack recipe
Spring roll mozz sticks and apple chips
Ingredients:
2 Apples
Spring roll skins
String cheese
1 large egg, beaten
1 tablespoon melted butter
Pepperoni
Instructions:
Prepare the filling: Place 1 string cheese stick and a few slices of pepperoni.
Seal the roll: Lightly brush the edges of the wrapper with beaten egg, then roll tightly, folding in the sides as you go.
Butter coat: Brush the outside of each roll with melted butter for a golden finish.
Cook: Air fry or bake at 375°F (190°C) until crispy and the cheese is melted (about 6–8 minutes in an air fryer).
Thinly slice apples and place them in the air fryer at 350 degrees. Make sure to add a metal mesh on top of them to hold the apples down so they don't fly around in the air fryer.
Serve hot with marinara or your favorite dipping sauce.
Dinner recipe
Ingredients:
6 wings
0.5 cup franks hot sauce
2 tablespoon butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Season: Pat the wings dry, then season with salt and pepper.
First cook: Place wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook at 375–380°F (190–193°C) for about 20–25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until crispy.
Buffalo sauce: In a bowl, mix Frank’s Red Hot sauce with melted butter.
Coat: Toss the cooked wings in the buffalo sauce mixture until evenly coated.
Final cook: Return sauced wings to the air fryer and cook for another 2–3 minutes so the sauce bakes into the skin.
Serve hot with ranch or blue cheese dressing and celery sticks.
