When you have some time and want to make something delicious, it's the perfect time to make these tender homemade cookies.
Making these cookies is a pleasure. The ingredients are simple.
And you can always get creative with the cookie shapes.
Ingredients
100 g soft butter
60 g powdered sugar
260 g flour
1 egg
And some more powdered sugar for sprinkling (optional).
The dough is sent to the refrigerator for 40-60 minutes.
Roll out and cut out cookies with cutters.

Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes at 190 °C / 374 ℉. My cookies are 1 cm thick.
