Mastering the Highest Leverage Skill: Discover why your highest leverage skill at this level is teaching others to prompt effectively and safely to establish a shared language and drive organizational mastery.

The Hybrid Workflow Audit: Learn how to create a hybrid workflow audit by mapping both human and AI steps in a critical cross-functional business workflow to identify and eliminate internal friction points, especially departmental handoffs.

Centralization and Team Hubs: Understand that centralization is scalability and how to build a Team Hub (e.g., in Google Drive or Notion) to contain standardized templates, the safety charter, and usage policies for the entire team.

Team GPT Deployment and Mentorship: Learn to deploy a Custom GPT to at least three individuals to practice guiding others, and embrace the principle that mentorship is multiplication to combat "AI slop" and multiply mastery within your community.

Humility and Bias Checks: Explore the Dunning-Kruger effect as it relates to AI mastery and how to intentionally run a bias or inaccuracy check on high-leverage AI outputs, documenting the risk and necessary human correction.
