Whole30 Complaint Shredded Chicken Recipe That's Perfect For Tacos And So Much More!

Hey Everyone!

This is one of my favorite, go-to recipes that I make at least twice a month. I love this recipe because it is healthy, easy, quick to prepare, and also so delicious!

This is pretty much my version of a Carnitas recipe but because we try to limit our pork consumption, I like to make this with boneless, skinless chicken thighs instead which I find gives a similar flavor and texture to traditional pork carnitas. Of course, you can make this with either protein so the choice is yours!

I normally eat this with tacos but I love that it is so versatile and can be used multiple ways after the initial meal so you aren't stuck with the same meal over and over again.
