Shrimp Sinigang is super quick & easy recipe to cook! This dish is not only hearty & comforting food for us Filipinos , but can also boost your immune system with Vitamin C from the tamarind base!! It's rich in fiber, energy boosting, and packed with antioxidants & minerals. One of my favorites soups! The best!

*** Shrimp Sinigang**
1/2-1 lbs shrimp ,trimmed/cleaned & washed
6 - 8 cups water
2 ripe tomatoes , quartered
1 medium onion , chopped
1-2 medium bell peppers
1 med-large radish
1 bunch water spinach (Kangkong)
dragon radish (optional)
1/2 bunch long yard beans (sitaw)
4-6 pieces okra
1 pack Tamarin sinigang powder mix or use 15 pieces large tamarind fruit
salt & pepper to taste
