🚄 From Osaka to Hiroshima on the Bullet Train
The day begins with one of Japan’s most iconic experiences , the Shinkansen bullet train! Traveling from Osaka to Hiroshima was smooth, fast, and full of incredible views along the way. Riding the Shinkansen is honestly a must do for anyone visiting Japan.

🕊️ Hiroshima Peace Memorial & History
Once in Hiroshima, I visited the Peace Memorial Park, the A-Bomb Dome, and the Peace Memorial Museum. Walking through these historic sites was emotional, humbling, and eye opening. Learning about the city’s history, hearing survivor stories, and seeing how Hiroshima has rebuilt itself with hope and resilience left a lasting impression.

⛩️ Miyajima Island & Itsukushima Shrine
Next, I hopped on a ferry to Miyajima Island, one of Japan’s most beautiful and serene spots. Highlights included:
• The famous floating torii gate
• Exploring Itsukushima Shrine
• Meeting the friendly Miyajima deers
• Enjoying peaceful island walks and stunning views
Miyajima instantly stole my heart , it’s a place where history, nature, and culture come together beautifully.

🚐 Picking Up the Campervan & Heading to Kyoto
I then picked up my campervan, officially starting my Japan road trip adventure! Straight from Osaka,I began driving towards Kyoto, ready for the next chapter of this journey.

In this episode, you will also see me explore:
• The iconic Fushimi Inari Taisha and its thousands of red torii gates
• The traditional streets of the Gion District
• Kyoto’s beautiful temples and shrines
• A glimpse into geisha and maiko culture
• Moments from life on the road in Japan
