The prize is given without any specific warranty, unless Roborock choose to honour it (we don't know where it's going at this stage!).
We accept no liability whatsoever for any damages or losses incurred by the robot. This giveaway is a gift and you use it at your own risk.
You must be 18+ or the age of majority in your country, and legally allowed according to the laws of your country to enter.
You may be asked to post a photo or small video clip of the prize.
We will try to organise the robot to be couriered to you. If you live in an area outside of mainstream courier coverage or where our providers can't deliver, you may have to organise your own freight.
We will ask you to verify who you are by replying to us on the winning account before sending the robot.
You must reply and supply delivery instructions with 14 days of the draw. After 14 days we will re-draw a new winner.
You may need to supply your own power cable or adaptor plug (again, we don't know where it's going yet!
