Seoul's foreign minister could visit Japan by end of year: Yonhap

South Korea's foreign minister, Kang Kyung-wha, could be making her first visit to Japan later this month.
According to diplomatic sources via Seoul's Yonhap News Agency,
Kang is said to have discussed the idea with her Japanese counterpart when she called on Wednesday over North Korea's ICBM test.
No specific dates have been arranged, but officials from both countries are said to be trying to make it happen before the end of the year.
The North Korea nuclear situation would be at the forefront for any visit, but discussions on historical disputes, such as the so-called 'comfort women' agreement, would also likely be tackled.
No official confirmation from the foreign ministry has been given.
