Mexican Lime Lager with a Twist: Brew it with Minute Rice
Brewed on the Anvil Foundry 10.5 with recirculation kit and the Anvil Steam Condenser.
Simple All Grain Recipe using Minute Rice and Pilsner Malt. White Labs 940 Mexican Lager yeast was used as it works really well for light, refreshing lagers with a mild grain bill.
