Meadow Road was once at the centre of a thriving community in Leeds, south of Leeds City Centre. During the 1970s, Leeds set out to be the 'Motorway City of the 70s' and large, established communities were lost. This video tells the story of the community that once existed around Meadow Road, on the boundary of Holbeck and Hunslet, using old photographs, map, censuses and current clips.
