Motorcycle Steering Head Assembly | Part 2 | Motorcycle Engineering and Design

This video includes some 3D modelling, 3D printing, plastic working, and assembly of the top yoke and handle bar assembly. There are various tidbits throughout the video and a section at the end looking at some of the important design features built into your triple tree/headstock/steering head assembly, things you should remember if building your own.

I'd like to be designing prototypes and getting custom parts machined for my own motorcycle one day, I'm sure that would be more interesting but in the meantime, I hope printed assemblies are interesting...and I'll improve on the camera work.

As always, I hope that you can take something useful away from this video, whether it is from the steps used to create the model or from my ramblings.
