In this tutorial, I’ll show you how to make a super stylish and trendy baby girl top with matching layered shorts – perfect for summer outings or birthday looks!

✂️ Top Cutting & Stitching:
1. Fabric Selection:
Use soft cotton or crepe fabric for a bouncy frill look.
2. Measurement & Cutting:
• Mark the chest, waist, and top length.
• Cut front and back panels with extra fabric for gathers.
• Cut 2 strips for frills and 2 straps for shoulders.
3. Stitching:
• Join the front and back panels at the sides.
• Gather and attach the frill to the bodice.
• Attach shoulder straps neatly.
• Finish neckline and armholes with piping or facing.

👗 Shorts Cutting & Stitching:
1. Measurement & Cutting:
• Take waist and length measurements.
• Cut 2 shorts panels and 2 frill layers for each side.
2. Stitching Process:
• Join the shorts panels and finish the crotch.
• Attach frills on each side symmetrically.
• Add waistband with elastic.
• Hem the bottom neatly for a clean finish.
