Meet Hannah, you may know her from her social media page @heartcharged that she created with her sister Bethany!
Hannah and Bethany both have cardiomyopathy, with Hannah having suffered a cardiac arrest at age 17. They created HeartCharged, a nonprofit that helps to advocate and support for the cardiomyopathy community!
