Here’s Sarah’s tried-and-true Quiche for All Occasions recipe:

Ingredients:

1 pie crust (I typically buy mine frozen)
4 eggs
½ c cream or milk
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper

Filling:

1 c Ramstead Ranch ham steak, bacon, cooked chicken legs, breasts or tenders, coarsely chopped
1 c cheese (swiss, cheddar, whatever is on hand), shredded
Optional add ins: Broccoli, onion, green onion, mushrooms, peppers, herbs…anything that needs usin’ up!

Instructions:

Thaw pie crust on a cookie sheet or similar hard, oven-safe surface.

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Whisk eggs, milk, salt and pepper together in a bowl until well mixed.

Fill pie crust with meat and veggies, top with cheese and pour over the egg mixture. Be careful not to overfill the pie crust.

Bake on the cookie sheet for 35-40 minutes until the eggs in the center are completely cooked.

Cool 5-10 minutes before serving.
