FacConnect is an online outreach initiative undertaken by IIM Ahmedabad that involves an panel discussion with an IIMA faculty member via Google Hangout. Members of the panel discussion are selected after an elaborate procedure involving registration followed by an extensive application form. FacConnect is being organized with the aim of reaching out to people outside the Institute and giving interested people a window of interacting with an IIMA Professor. FacConnect is slated to be a monthly event.
The second edition of FacConnect was conducted on 24/08/2013. It featured Prof. Vishwanath Pingali from the Economics area of IIM Ahmedabad and 5 participants.
