Srivathsa follows a deeply rooted and abundant farming practice — a method where he lets nature take the lead. Whatever naturally grows in his farm, whether it’s common vegetables or lesser-known wild greens (often dismissed as weeds), is harvested and shared with urban consumers who care about clean, chemical-free food.

Every Saturday, Srivathsa runs “Sogadu Santhe” right from his residence in Rajarajeshwari Nagar, Bengaluru, where he directly sells his naturally grown produce. This farmer-to-customer model builds trust and ensures fresh greens reach homes without middlemen. The vegetables and greens offered include many forgotten and traditional varieties which are rare in urban markets today.

Srivathsa’s inspiration comes from his late father, an Ayurveda doctor, which gave him insights into the health benefits of traditional and wild greens. In this episode, he explains how many of these so-called "weeds" are actually nutritional powerhouses, often with medicinal value that our ancestors cherished.

Beyond farming, Chiguru Ecospace also offers eco stays for guests who want to reconnect with nature. It's a peaceful space that avoids alcohol, loud music, and distractions — a place to breathe clean air, walk barefoot, and understand how food should be grown.
