This Build is optimized for the Sulani Lot "Kin-Ship". It can come to a mismatch on other Lots due to the different Beach- and Water-Levels.
I wanted to bring some "Boho" and cozy elements into that build.
I also tried not to add too much clutter to make it easier to replace parts fitting to your style and gameplay.
The exterior/interior is a suggestion!
