The Wichita Police Department gave an update at a morning briefing Tuesday, Oct. 14, 2025, on an ongoing investigation into a possible abduction of a woman. Police announced that Crime Stoppers has approved a $2,000 reward for tips that lead to the identification of a man and woman captured in a video in the 1400 block of North Volutsia, near 13th and Grove. The Ring camera video shows the man taking the woman away by force, police say.
