we decided to dedicate this episode of the podcast to a topic that’s both messy and powerful: redemption and second chances. in this episode, we talk through real-life examples, unpack what it actually means to see someone grow and change, and explore how to recognize when a second chance is deserved versus when boundaries need to stay in place.
