My honest thoughts: When Hazard's kit was first introduced, he seemed very underwhelming. But the more I played him the better he felt. His kit was intuitive and flowed well, so probs to Blizzard on that. Secondly, his left click might seem very "weak" compared to some of the high-damaging tanks like Roadhog or Junker Queen, but, I think its VERY reasonable compared to other dive tanks (which he is) like Winston or D.Va. However, his sustain feels extremely high compared to his dive counterparts, so he will probably get nerfed in that regard. Nevertheless, a great addition to the tank roster!
