Another video from my inspiration tour to Lisbon. I visit R. Augusta (the pedestrian street), Tagide (restaurant), Praça do Comércio (the plaza by the water), Wine Tasting Room (for Portuguese wine), Comur (Who produce and sell canned fish. Mainly sardines).
I show how to cook the dish I eat at Tagide with sea bass and roasted aubergine. I show how to fillet the fish and how to fry it to avoid it becomming chewy.
