Rider goes into her spirit form so that Shirou cannot see Rider as she gives chase. Shirou is forced to deflect attacks from an invisible enemy using a strengthened desk leg. When trying to flee the woods, Shirou is dragged up into the air by Rider's chains. Shirou is hung from where the nail had pierced his forearm.
Shirou must decide how to best escape this predicament. If Shirou tries to summon Saber using a Command Spell, Rider kills him before he has the chance. BUT, when Shirou tries to pull the nail from his forearm, Rin Tohsaka saves the day.
After plummeting to the forest floor, Shirou is healed by Rin. Despite Rin just having tried to kill Shirou for herself, Shirou can't help but feel enamored by her. Is this love?
