Heya,

Thank you for watching the video. Our group of lovely foxies put in a lot of effort into this song! I love how everything turned out, from the initial idea, to the actual song that is accompanied by a lovely video. We’ve been through fire and flames with the release of this song. The song was done almost over a year ago but I never decided to release until the vocals and videos were done. Thank you very much for turning this idea into reality!

The song was written with a Disney theme in mind where two vocalists would sing the lines in a duet. It starts off almost-like-an jazzy ballad, but quickly transitions into this powerful rocky arrangement while maintaining the original theme. We finish it off with a string quartet in combination with the march-like snares. Combining all these styles into one mix was a real pain. I wasn’t very confident mixing this initially, but somehow got through a hopefully decent mix. I’ll release a work-in-progress video later on my facebook page, showing the iterations and versions we’ve been through – It’s quite the journey!

With all of this being said, that finishes our Christmas Project 2019!
