Toyota Tundra review (inc. 0-100 & off-road): Overpriced and underdone?

We’ve finally had the chance to drive the Toyota Tundra. While it has been on sale for ages now overseas, it only recently went into production for the Australian market. But - it’s quite expensive and had quality issues when tested. Has Toyota missed the mark?
