How To Recover Clash of Clans Account Without Supercell ID (Step By Step Guide)

In this video, I will show you how to recover your COC account if you don’t have your account linked to SuperCell ID.

Download the game and replay the beginner’s tutorial. The game actually auto detects if you have a google account linked to SuperCell ID. But since you won’t have that, just play until you get to your base lobby when you have control of the base.

Tap on the settings gear icon. Then, you want to tap on “help and support”.

You will be taken to the SuperCell support page on your web browser. Now, select the “account” tab. Then, tap on the plus button under “recover my account” and choose “I have lost access to my account.

Scroll down and SuperCell will request that you give them your account details. Tap on the “open support ticket” button.

Here, you will need to put in your player ID, your username, town hall level and clan name. If you don’t remember all your details, do not worry.

Open a new web browser and search on google for “clash of stats”. Tap on the first option. This website allows you to search for a player.

Now, you will most likely remember your username. You can type that in the search bar. I will use my own account name “Kesawojo”. Tap on the search result here and you can scroll down to find your player ID, town hall level and clan that you have joined.

Now, copy your player ID number here. Then, go back to the support chat and enter all the relevant details.

Once you have finished putting in the necessary info, tap on the “submit” button and let the support team help you recover your account.
