Hi. Here's my bass cover of Saved By Zero, from The Fixx album Reach the Beach. I had no idea what this song was about until I sat down to write this description and decided to look it up. According to a 2008 interview with Cy Curnin, it's a reference to a Buddhist mantra and about the bliss that comes with having nothing left to lose.
Anyway, it's a really fun bass part. My playing's definitely not as tight as it probably should've been, but I'm pretty happy with how it turned out. Tuning's EADG. Enjoy, and thanks for watching!
