Situated only a few hours from Melbourne, this quaint little home is in a sad state of neglect. The original owner is still alive, well into their 100s, now living in a nursing home. However, their children (now into their late 60s) don't have much love for the old family home. Heritage listing prevents demolition, but also makes it prohibitively expensive to restore.
