IPhone 14 Plus Back Glass and Display Replacement Full Repair.

Remove the two pentalobe screws located at the bottom of the iPhone.
Use a heat gun or hairdryer to gently heat the edges of the display to soften the adhesive.
Apply a suction handle near the bottom edge of the screen and lift gently to create a small gap.
Insert a plastic card or opening pick into the gap and carefully slide it around the edges to loosen the adhesive. Be careful around the top of the display where cables are located.
Once the screen is loose, carefully open it like a book.
Disconnect the battery connector first to avoid any short circuits.
Disconnect the display and digitizer connectors using a plastic pry tool. This will free the display assembly from the iPhone.
