The Journey Continued

We haven’t been rolling, but we’ve been working.

Life has been lifingggg yall, from teaching, to traveling for the Arnold with Animal, to nailing training daily to improve my shape, it’s been a busy season to say the least!

We are back to rolling and we filmed a quick shoulder video, some posing, and a catch up with a special guest, the woman I wouldn’t be here without, Mama Dovar 🫶🏽

James and I are looking forward to continuing to film and share as much as we can amongst the madness.
