와이존에 생긴 피지낭종 미세절개 할수 있을까? Big cyst in Y-zone(inguinal area)

요 근래 이렇게 큰 피지낭종으로 내원한 환자들이 많은데요...
오늘 영상의 환자는 주사트라우마로 병원오기가 무서워
이렇게 키워왔다고 합니다.
주사에 예민한 분들이 있지만, 제가 수술한 영상의 주인공은
예민하지 않거나 아님 제가 주사를 잘 놓는다는 뜻이겠죠...ㅎㅎㅎ
이렇게 큰 낭종 미세절개로 가능할까요?
물론 가능합니다. 하지만, 이렇게 늘어진 살들은 다시 원래대로 복구가
쉽지가 않습니다.
쉽게 설명드리자면, 바람을 넣은 풍선에 바람을 빼면 쪼글쪼글한 모습으로
남게 되는데요...
이 환자도 수술 후 그랬습니다.
우선 회복부터 한 뒤 고민해보자라고 말씀드렸습니다.
너무 크게 키워오면 다시 복구가 어려우니 크게 키워오지 마세요..^^
