Pickled Leeks 酸甜荞头
120g Minced Pork 肉末
100g Fish Paste 鱼浆
1 tsp Corn Starch 玉米淀粉
½ tsp Pepper 胡椒粉
1 tsp Cooking Wine 料酒
Dash Of Red Chili 红辣椒
Dash Of Chinese Celery 芹菜茎
Wonton Skin 云吞皮适量

300g Fresh Shrimps 鲜虾
40g Chives 韭菜
1 Red Chili 红辣椒
½ tsp Sugar 白糖
1 tbsp Corn Starch 玉米淀粉
½ tsp Pepper 胡椒粉
1 tsp Light Soy Sauce 生抽
1 tsp Sesame Oil 麻油
1 tsp Cooking Oil 食用油
Dash Of Salt 盐适量
★ Cornstarch Solution 玉米淀粉水 ★
1 tbsp Cornstarch 玉米淀粉
2 tbsp Water 清水
★ Dried Beancurd Skin 腐竹皮
★ Oil For Deep-frying 炸油
