Oats Laddu ( No Sugar, Ghee or Flour) | High Fiber and Protein Rich Oats Balls

Phool makhana(fox nuts) - 1 cup
Raw Peanuts - 1/2 cup
Jaggery - 3/4 cup
Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
