Peach Cinnamon Rolls with Glaze in the Bread Machine
3 ½ cups All Purpose flour
2 ¼ tsps. Of yeast
¼ cup granulated sugar
½ tsp salt
½ cup milk
¼ cup water
¼ cup butter
1 large egg
Place all the ingredients into the bread machine and set it for the dough cycle.
Once the dough is finished roll it out into a rectangle about a half-inch thick. Spread on ¼ cup softened butter. Mix together ½ cup brown sugar with 2 tsps cinnamon, mix well and then spread on the dough.
Small dice 1 ½ cups of fresh peaches and layer the cinnamon topping on the dough. Starting at one side roll the dough into a cigar shape. Cut the dough into 12 equal rolls and place them into a greased 9 X 13 pan. Cover and let rise for 40 minutes. Bake in a 375-degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool before adding glaze.
Glaze
1 cup powdered sugar
2-3 TBSPS milk
½ tsp vanilla
Mix the glaze together and drizzle over the cool rolls.
