As of Jan 10th 2020, H6-4 is the hardest chapter level available on the CN server.
Levels starting with an 'H' are hard levels, designed to be a challenge. They do not have hard modes and they offer no additional rewards other than the standard exp, money and an Originite Prime when you complete them with 3-star ratings for the first time.
Operators used (in the order of deployment):
Siege
Texas
Eyjafjalla
Blaze
Ifrit
Saria
Nightingale
Exusiai
Shining
SilverAsh
Lappland
The strategy is inspired by Bear_Bin. He posts some niche Arknights guide videos on Bilibili.
