Iyengar Yoga Class Sequence 11-24-12 Saturday Carrie's Class Recap
1. Supta Tadasana
2. Move both hangs on top the thighs, raise the right leg and hold the big toe, Supta Padangustasana full pose.
3. Supta Padangustasana 2, lower the right leg to he right side and left arm to the left side.
4. Anantasana, bring the right leg up and roll on your left side and place left hand left side of bottom scalp
5. Prone Padangustasana 2, engaging your core, with help of left arm and slowly with control, roll to prone position.
6. Come back to Supta Padangustasana 2 by skipping Anantasana.
7. Bring right leg up and slowly release big toe, stretch the foot to the ceiling while gently lower it down to the floor in Supta Tadasana.
8. Do another side.
HOMEWORK: Keep knee straight. sync the movement with arms and legs.
