Gothard Fire Station Tour

Captain Travis Terich gives you a VIP tour of Gothard Fire Station. Gothard Station is located at 18311 Gothard Street and houses Engine 41, Emergency Transport 41, Emergency Transport 241, and Battalion 4. Captain Terich will go through a firefighters daily routine and how they live within the fire house.

You will see where the firefighters do their training, eat dinner, sleep and workout. Our firefighters work hard to maintain these buildings and equipment so they can respond quickly and safely to any emergency. The HBFD responded to 19,839 emergency calls in 2019.

Enjoy a stop in the kitchen to discuss kitchen safety and how to safely extinguish a grease fire. Captain Terich will also go through steps on an oven fire and what to do if you are not able to safely extinguish your own kitchen fire. Remember safely leave the area, get outside, close the door behind you, and call 911.
