Gorgeous Scraps Made into Fabric Bowl, Textile Art, Embroidery, Hand stitching

Please join me as I continue my exploration using and reusing scraps to make gorgeous fabrics. This swatch is 10 by 17 inches. I am using Pellon 971F Thermolam Plus as my foundation fabric. In this video I am working with a Kaffe Fassett Charm Pack in Beautiful Greens. I embellish my fabric and then iron it giving it more strength. Before I take these to my sewing machine I am photographing each fabric swatch for future projects. In this video I am making a bowl with an 8" Diameter. I show how I make the paper pattern for this bowl also. This is so much fun and very relaxing. This is part of a series of Embellished Fabric Swatch Samples in different color ways.
