Hello dear friends 🌿
My name is Firoozeh, welcome to a real day of rural life in Iran.
In this video, I start my day by preparing dough for traditional Saj bread.
While the dough is resting, I chop firewood and pick fresh herbs from our home garden.
After that, I bake thin and aromatic Saj bread on a hot metal griddle, just like in old village traditions.
For lunch, I cook an authentic Iranian Dizi (lamb stew) on a handmade portable charcoal brazier that I built myself.
Finally, I serve a delicious traditional Tareed made with fresh Saj bread, Dizi, and garden herbs — simple, warm, and full of village soul.
