In tents that were never meant to be homes, families struggle every night to withstand the cold and the rain.
From the heart of this suffering, on December 7, 2025, the Amal Al-Ummah Organization implemented the leather tarpaulin installation project in Al-Mukhtar Camp, in the central Gaza Strip, to cover every torn tent, provide warmth, and protect children from flooding.
The situation is extremely difficult. Winter is harsh, and with every rainfall the tents flood and the suffering increases.
One of the beneficiaries says:
“I requested tarpaulins two years ago and no one responded. We were always flooded… Today, we thank Amal Al-Ummah Organization for finally answering our call.”
Every tarpaulin means:
Safety ✔️
Protection ✔️
Warmth ✔️
And a more dignified life ✔️
