Mid-winter session in 30 knots of breeze at Tapuaetahi, Northland, New Zealand.
Great fun riding swell, although totally overpowered on an Ensis Score 4.0m.
Axis ART 999 is such a sweet foil, paired with a 375 progressive rear.
Loving the new Axis High Modulus 90cm carbon mast.
Axis Froth 90L was a great choice. Given I was overpowered and there was a lot of weed around, there were plenty of crashes.
Getting going on my smaller board (75L) in choppy conditions just saps too much energy.
