Another issue, I'm having with MoviePass, and why I'm growing to hate this company!
UPDATE: I email the CS rep again, and she FINALLY fixed the app issue. But I will have to continue to submit ticket stubs this way until the issue is fixed. At this point, with this company, it wouldn't surprise me if they were doing this intentionally, just to get people to NOT to use the service.
