On a visit to Staffordshire's Cathedral City, I manage to record the 12 o'clock Chimes of Lichfield Cathedral, which is the Westminster Chimes for the quarters. Even though there is no dial on the outside facade, there is a clock dial inside the Cathedral. I did want to record the clock chimes of St Editha's in Tamworth when I visited the church before catching the bus to Lichfield, but for some reason, they didn't chime. The bells at the Cathedral are a 31cwt Taylor ring of 10 tuned to D, which is a bit heavier than other similar rings.
