You’re probably here because you have inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) – ulcerative colitis or Crohn’s disease – and are looking for information about biologic medicines. No two IBD patients are the same, and no two biologics are the same either. IBD&me was created by scientists at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, a leading IBD research center, to help you and your doctor choose the biologic that is right for you and your IBD.

When you go to www.IBDandMe.org, you will first learn about biologics, and then you will go through the IBD&me Decision Tree. The Decision Tree will show you different medicine profiles side by side, and you will then decide which ones you would consider using. As you go through the questions, we will start to learn more about what matters most to you when choosing the right medicine. After you finish the questions, you will receive your IBD&me Personalized Report that shows what is most important to you in a biologic medicine.
