Fresh Brazilian Ingredients in Sydney

Today I take you on a tour of Sydney's Paddy's Markets in Flemington. This is the largest fresh produce market in Australia and on Saturday mornings it is open to the general public.
This is where I go to find the cheapest and freshest ingredients for Brazilian and Latin cooking.

I recommend you go by car. Hire a GoGet for a few hours if you don't own one, because you will buy more than you can carry. Or just take a train to Flemington Station from Central.

Please be aware the stalls only take cash and ATMs are not reliable there, so withdraw cash before arriving.
